Refund Policy

1. First payment
If Kliqi is not right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. We will refund the full amount to the original payment method.
2. Renewals
Renewal payments are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. Your page stays live until the end of the paid period.
3. Product sales
Kliqi does not process refunds for digital products sold by creators. Those sales are between you and the creator. Use the contact details on the creator's page.
4. How to request
Email [email protected] from the email on your account with the subject 'Refund'. We reply within two working days.
